Vertuoza alternative in 2026: construction control, simplicity and AI

Compare Vertuoza and Enfin across quotes, scheduling, field work, profitability, inventory, mobile use, integrations, AI and implementation.

Vertuoza and Enfin both aim to replace fragmented construction administration with a connected system. Vertuoza positions itself as a broad construction platform with quotes, invoicing, scheduling, teams, orders, inventory, interventions, profitability, finance and mobile access. Enfin focuses on a calm journey for Belgian construction companies and lets Alfie help actively with quotes, invoices, projects and follow-up.

Researching an alternative to Vertuoza only becomes useful once the real priorities are clear. Do you need broad operational and financial modules, or primarily an understandable route between office and site? This comparison uses the public product information from both vendors, checked on 18 July 2026.

Test the complete job journey

Use one existing project and give both vendors the same tasks:

  1. Import a bill of quantities or build a quote with your price library.
  2. Process a variation, discount and digital approval.
  3. Schedule operatives, subcontractors, vehicles and equipment.
  4. Record time, materials, photographs, reports and variations on mobile.
  5. Link an order and purchase cost to the correct job.
  6. Compare planned and actual results.
  7. Create deposit, progress and final invoices and send through Peppol.

If the team is bilingual, ask a French-speaking and Dutch-speaking employee to complete the test. Check templates, free-text fields, customer communication and support as well as the interface language.

Ask which modules, users and AI functions are included in the proposed subscription. Product pages describe the overall platform, not necessarily every configuration.

When is Vertuoza likely to fit better?

Vertuoza is interesting when many business functions need to meet around the same job. Its Belgian website presents connected core modules and also lists CRM, HR, orders, inventory, interventions, finance, statistics and VertuoWork. Profitability uses planned and recorded time, purchases and costs to show their impact on a project.

For quotes, Vertuoza offers its own price libraries, Excel import and a Batiprix integration. According to the product page, VertuoAI can turn dictated site-visit information into a proposed quote. The mobile app makes documents, scheduling, time recording, reports, material orders and invoicing available in the field.

That breadth suits companies that genuinely want to centralise finance, inventory, HR or interventions. Confirm the configuration, training and data discipline required to do so.

When is Enfin a logical alternative?

Enfin is built for Belgian contractors who want to keep the route from lead to payment understandable. CRM, estimate, quote, scheduling, project, field records, invoicing and accounting share the same context. Employees can see more quickly what belongs to a job and what should happen next.

Alfie gives AI a broader role than quote generation alone. The digital colleague highlights quotes without replies, overdue payments, declining project margins, missing reports and scheduling conflicts. It can prepare administrative work for a user to review and confirm.

Enfin is particularly relevant when you want a more compact experience and active daily follow-up. Test honestly whether specialist requirements around HR, inventory, interventions or external price libraries receive enough support.

Verify the Belgian fit

Vertuoza has a Belgian French-language environment and lists Peppol, CODA through Codabox, Ponto and accounting connections including Yuki, Bob50, ACD, WinBooks, Horus, Exact and Odoo. That is useful if your current ecosystem is covered. Some Vertuoza pages also discuss French VAT rates or legislation; base the decision on Belgian product and contract information.

Enfin positions itself explicitly for Belgian construction companies, including deposits, progress claims, reverse charge, 6% VAT, Peppol and Belgian accounting connections. Ask both vendors to process one real Belgian invoice and credit note with customer identification, VAT code and accounting export.

Ask your accountant which connection and data flow they prefer. A long integration list is not valuable if the chosen workflow preserves duplicate entry.

Compare AI on control and outcome

Give both systems the same unstructured notes from a site visit. Check the proposed items, quantities, prices, VAT, margins and terms. AI can accelerate preparation, but the contractor remains responsible for an accurate quote.

Then test follow-up: which quote has waited too long, which project is drifting and which record is missing? Note whether the product only displays information or prepares a useful next action. Ask which company data is used for AI, how permissions apply and how corrections are retained.

Make migration small and provable

Vertuoza describes a journey with demonstration, configuration, training and support. Enfin states that migration assistance is free and that rollout can be gradual. Ask both vendors for a written plan covering fields, owners, control points and a rollback scenario.

Begin with one job and a limited price library. For two weeks, measure quote preparation speed, completeness of field records, time to invoice and number of corrections. Only then move the remaining customers, articles, documents and open projects.

The choice in summary

Vertuoza is likely to fit better when you want a broad, French-language construction ecosystem around finance, inventory, HR, interventions and mobile work. Enfin is more logical to test when you want Belgian construction administration in a calmer flow and want Alfie to help the team prioritise and follow up.
