Enfin editorial team11 minute read

Blox (BLOX-Software) and Enfin are both Belgian software for construction and installation companies, with quotes, planning, digital work orders, Peppol invoicing and direct links with wholesalers such as Cebeo, Rexel and Van Marcke. Blox is often the better fit for installers who put stock across multiple locations, certificates from the work order and links with suppliers such as Viessmann or STG at the centre. Enfin is the better fit for companies that want to know a public price up front (from €39 per month billed annually), want a software interface in Dutch, French or English, or want Alfie to follow up quotes, payments and margins.

This comparison is based on public information from both vendors. Prices and features checked on 28/10/2026.

When is Blox probably the better fit?

Blox lists a number of strengths on its website. If they match the way you work, take them seriously:

  • You buy from many different suppliers. Blox's integrations page lists Cebeo, Rexel, Van Marcke, Desco, Viessmann and a range of webshops such as Facq, TVH, Kramp and STG, among others. Do you also buy from Viessmann, TVH, Kramp or STG? Then you will find them in Blox's list.
  • You manage stock in a warehouse and in vans. Blox offers stock management across multiple locations, with scanning and purchase orders that update expected stock.
  • You issue many certificates and inspection reports. Blox exports certificates from the work order and lists integrations with Testo and ACEG.
  • You work with lead platforms such as Bobex, Solvari or Offerte.be. Blox lists integrations for them.
  • You want a tailored package with on-site guidance. Blox works with modules you choose separately and guides setup and onboarding.

When is Enfin a logical alternative?

  • You want to know what you pay up front. Enfin publishes its plans, what each one includes and the price per extra user: €19 per office user and €8 per field user per month.
  • You work with projects, progress billing and extra work. Progress billing, the reverse-charge scheme, 6% VAT and Peppol are built into Enfin. See also how to handle progress billing with software.
  • You order from the major wholesalers. Enfin integrates directly with Cebeo, Rexel, Van Marcke, Facq and Desco.
  • Your team or clients speak French. Enfin's software works in Dutch, French and English. Useful for companies with sites or clients in more than one language region, such as Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia.
  • You want AI that follows up. Alfie is included in every plan and, in Construction Pro, proactively follows up projects, margins and payments.
  • You want to get started quickly on your own. You can try it free for 14 days without a credit card. According to Enfin, most construction companies send their first quote and invoice within a week.

Luna and Alfie: compare AI on control and results

Both vendors are investing in AI in 2026, each with its own focus.

Luna (Blox) mainly helps with data entry. You say what you did and Luna completes the work order, finds the right item and answers questions about Blox. According to Blox, Luna works in every module, and you can dictate a site report that Luna writes out, marking open points.

Alfie (Enfin) mainly helps with follow-up. Alfie follows up quotes and reminders, prepares a first version of a progress statement or invoice from registrations, watches margins and flags missing daily reports or overloaded planning. You decide what gets sent. See also how Alfie compares supplier prices for an item using source dates.

Test the AI in a demo with a real file. What does it fill in, what do you still need to check yourself, and what happens when it gets something wrong?

What does Blox cost, and what does Enfin cost?

Blox does not publish prices. According to Blox, the price depends on the modules and the size of your company, and you get a tailored proposal after the demo. The demo page lists an offer: the first three months free for new customers on a subscription of at least 12 months. So ask for a written quote with the price after that period, the contract term and the onboarding costs.

Enfin (all prices), per company, excl. VAT:

PlanBilled annuallyBilled monthlyIncluded
Invoicing€39 per month (€468 per year)€49 per month1 office user. CRM, quotes, invoices, Peppol sending and receiving. Alfie for admin.
Construction€79 per month (€948 per year)€99 per month2 office users. Work orders, hours, materials, basic planning and budget versus actual costs. Alfie with project context.
Construction Pro€149 per month (€1,788 per year)€179 per month2 office users. Bill-of-quantities import, progress statements and extra work, crew planning, purchase follow-up and reports. Alfie with proactive follow-up.

Extra office users cost €19 and field users €8 per person per month (field users in Construction and Construction Pro). Extra users are billed monthly, even on an annual subscription. Prices checked on 28/10/2026.

Test your own flow, and keep the switch small

Don't compare feature lists. Compare one real job, and bring the same file to both demos:

  1. A quote with your own items and supplier prices.
  2. A crew's planning over two days.
  3. A digital work order with hours, materials, photos and the client's signature.
  4. Extra work or a progress statement.
  5. The Peppol invoice, all the way into your accounting package.

Then ask both vendors in writing: what does it cost after the trial or offer period, which data do you migrate (clients, items, open quotes), who handles the migration and how long does it take? Start with a single crew or a single type of job. For more, see our guide to work order software, our site management app comparison and the overview of construction software in Belgium.

The choice in short

Choose Blox if stock management across multiple locations, certificates and links with suppliers such as Viessmann or STG are at the core of your business and you want a tailored package with guidance.

Choose Enfin if you want to know public prices up front, want to follow progress billing and projects through to the invoice, want to use the software in Dutch, French or English, and want Alfie to prepare the follow-up work.

Not sure? Book a demo and bring your own work order. Or view the prices and try it free for 14 days.
